## Description

Arctic Training Center is a Palestinian-owned, family-oriented martial arts gym in Palos Heights, Illinois, serving adults, children, women, and students from nearby communities including Palos Park, Worth, Crestwood, and Alsip. Founded in 2020, the center combines competitive training with a welcoming community where students are encouraged to build confidence, discipline, fitness, and mental strength.

Its programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and adults, women’s Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai. Women’s classes take place in a separate building designed to provide a comfortable training environment. Students can also access personal training and nutrition guidance, with instruction tailored to individual needs and experience levels. Coaches bring practical experience to their classes, and many continue to compete, supporting students who want to develop their skills for competition as well as self-defense.

Beyond training, Arctic Training Center organizes social gatherings and outings to foster connection among members. Prospective students can try a free week of martial arts lessons and review the class schedule to find suitable training times.
