## Description

Atelier Le Petit Gris is a visual arts studio in Pierrevert, France, led by Josiane Pastéga Macone, a graduate in plastic arts from the University of Paris Sorbonne. It offers a welcoming, collaborative space where adults and adolescents can explore artistic techniques, develop personal expression, and refine their visual perception. Year-round classes cover painting, drawing, pastel, and watercolor. Painting sessions explore oil, acrylic, mixed media, pigments and binders, color, texture, glazing, impasto, collage, and composition. Drawing classes introduce tools such as charcoal, graphite, and black stone, while watercolor sessions focus on working with pigment, water, and paper, including creating personal sketchbooks outdoors. Classes also encourage students to discover contemporary artists and connect their work with the broader history of art. Throughout the year, the atelier runs short workshops, typically lasting two or five days, focused on particular techniques and themes. These may include printmaking on paper, collage, and creative-expression notebooks. Courses are offered on several weekdays, with options for adults and adolescents.
