## Description

ATELIER MARLENE GUICHARD is the online gallery and creative practice of French visual artist Marlène Guichard, based in the Tours area, with a presence in Nantes. The atelier presents original works that move between figurative and abstract art, exploring gesture, light, colour, and personal or spiritual inspiration. Its catalogue includes paintings, abstract calligraphy, ink works, and mixed-media pieces, alongside collections titled Encres, Coffee Omens, Signes, Personnages, and Kakejikus.

Works are made in varied formats and on materials including wood, canvas, and card. The Kakejiku collection, created for an installation at the 2024 Biennale des Serres de la Tuilerie, layers pictorial gestures with ultramarine blue and pale gold. The artist also offers small oak-panel miniatures inspired by travel and pyrographed medallions combining pyrography and acrylic. Selected paintings are available to rent through Artothèque de Touraine, while the atelier and Maison Galerie host exhibitions and events. Customers can browse and purchase available original artworks online, with shipping information provided at checkout.
