## Description

Atelier Philippe Allemand is an artisan cabinetmaking and marquetry workshop based in Issoire, France. Specialising in art furniture since 1985, the business brings more than 30 years of experience to high-end restoration and bespoke projects. Its work combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary techniques, serving clients seeking careful, specialist treatment of fine woodwork and furnishings.

The workshop offers conservation and restoration, interior fittings, and the creation of contemporary furniture. Its projects range from restoring historic pieces to designing original furnishings, with close attention to materials, details, and each object’s character. Examples include the restoration of a 14-piece set of display furniture associated with Maison Rozier and the creation of the Lame desk, featuring a curved steel base and a Bocote wood top.

The atelier has also contributed to the restoration of the Orient Express in collaboration with another local company. Led by master artisan cabinetmaker and marquetry specialist Philippe Allemand, the workshop welcomes visitors to discover its expertise and work. It is located at 7 rue des Frères Perret in Issoire.
