## Description

Ryu Goto is a Japanese international artist whose work is guided by the theme of “World Peace,” expressed as “PAIX.” He studied oil painting in France from 1958 to 1962 as a pupil of Tsuguharu Foujita. His artistic outlook is reflected in his words: “A journey of 13.7 billion years through the universe. A journey of 4.6 billion years on Earth. Everything is an exhibition of nature’s paintings.” Goto creates and exhibits paintings, including oil works such as Sunflowers, Gentle Woman, and Festival. His career includes solo exhibitions in Tokyo’s Ginza and participation in group exhibitions, including the Independent Exhibition and the NAU 21st Century Art Federation Exhibition at the National Art Center, Tokyo. His website presents his profile, artwork, past gallery selections, and exhibition announcements. Goto is also Honorary Chairman of the Ryu Atelier International Group and serves as Representative Director of the World Art Institute, an organization with approximately 350 members.
