## Description

Aternium, formerly known as First State Hydrogen, Inc., is a pioneering company established in 2023 with a mission to promote clean hydrogen as a cornerstone for American energy independence. With an ambitious plan to launch a 60MW electrolysis facility powered entirely by renewable energy in Delaware in 2024, Aternium aims to revolutionize the clean energy landscape in the Mid-Atlantic region. This strategic location is ideal due to its access to skilled workforce resources, robust transportation options along the I-95 corridor, and diverse industrial applications that facilitate decarbonization efforts.

As an integral partner of the Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub (MACH2), Aternium is committed to building a comprehensive hydrogen ecosystem that connects producers, consumers, and distributors, ensuring lower hydrogen costs and wider accessibility to clean energy. By leveraging existing infrastructure and collaborating closely with regional stakeholders, Aternium is set to play a crucial role in achieving sustainable energy goals and fostering clean energy innovation for the future.
