## Description

Athenry Candles is a family-run business based in County Galway, Ireland, creating handcrafted personalised candles since 2016. The brand makes distinctive keepsakes for weddings, christenings, remembrance and other special occasions, with a focus on helping families mark meaningful moments. Its collections include wedding unity candles, sand ceremony candles, remembrance candles, combined unity and remembrance sets, christening candles, Communion and Confirmation candles, and Christmas candles. Personalised memory candles can feature a photograph, names, wording or a special message to honour someone important. The range also extends to wedding welcome signs, candle accessories, wedding favours, cake toppers, wooden baby milestone cards, and tabletop memory plaques for weddings and Christmas. Athenry Candles serves customers across Ireland through its online shop and offers assistance with product questions and orders. The business describes its creations as individually made with care and celebrates the personal stories behind them. In 2026, it was named Wedding Candles & Accessories Supplier of the Year at the Let’s Talk Weddings Ireland Awards, recognising its work for couples and families.
