## Description

Athletic Elite is a Northampton-based basketball skills academy and sports development brand serving Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands. Founded by Andre Arissol, Jay Brownbill and Tim Fava, a team with international and professional athletic experience, the organisation uses sport to help young people build skills and succeed beyond the court. Its offerings include five-day basketball camps featuring professional players, including current and former GB medallists, as well as tailored one-to-one coaching and focused group sessions. Training covers shooting, ball-handling, footwork, court awareness and basketball IQ, alongside physical and personal development. Athletic Elite also delivers school programs, club partnerships, community initiatives and mentoring. Working with local government, police, businesses and educational institutions, it uses basketball to engage young people, support anti-crime efforts and encourage positive change. The brand aims to make opportunities for physical, mental and emotional development accessible to more children. It also builds partnerships with athletes, community organisations and businesses to create impact, document outcomes and strengthen local communities.
