## Description

AthleTots offers movement and athletics classes designed for children aged 2 to 5, helping them build physical, cognitive and social skills in a safe, nurturing environment. Its year-round program draws inspiration from the NSW Little Athletics Movement Series, using structured activities to support early motor-skill development. Children take part in age-appropriate exercises such as running, jumping, throwing and balancing, with colourful equipment used to make learning active and enjoyable. The activities develop fine and gross motor skills while encouraging confidence, communication and teamwork.

Classes are led by qualified athletics trainers experienced in working with young children. Sessions last 45 minutes and are held at Balmoral Oval in Mosman and Queens Park in Randwick, on different days and times. AthleTots welcomes enrolments throughout the year, subject to class availability, and offers one free trial per child. Individual classes cost $25, with term pricing varying by dates. Parent participation is required for children aged 2 to 3 and encouraged, but not required, for ages 3 to 5.
