During the pandemic, we played a crucial role in coaching a special squad tasked with determining the protective titer for SARS COV-2. Our expertise also extended to executive development days, where we supported the development of women into executive positions, focusing on work-life balance and leadership roles. Furthermore, we assisted a customer in creating an agile matrix organization through design sprints and ongoing support.
