## Description

Au Fil des Lettres is a home-based graphotherapy service led by Caroline Ledent, serving Lille and the surrounding metropolitan area in France. Trained by Dorine Beaumont of La Thérapie du Crayon, Caroline supports children, teenagers and adults who experience difficulties with handwriting, including slow or hard-to-read writing, fatigue, discomfort, pain or trouble making writing movements automatic. The service begins with a personalised handwriting assessment, which examines legibility, speed, pencil grip, posture, fine motor skills and ease of movement. Findings help identify individual needs and shape a tailored programme. Home-based rehabilitation sessions use gradual, engaging exercises to improve the writing gesture, fluency, legibility and comfort, while helping clients build confidence and rediscover enjoyment in writing. Each programme is delivered with care and without judgment, respecting the person’s needs and pace. Au Fil des Lettres also offers group workshops on request for schools, associations and other groups. These can explore topics such as posture, pencil grip, fine motor skills and handwriting through a friendly, practical approach.
