## Description

Auftakt GmbH, led by Miriam Christen-Zarri, supports individuals and organizations through periods of change, grief, and transition. Its work is grounded in the idea that endings can create space for new beginnings, and that transitions deserve time, reflection, and thoughtful recognition. The company offers grief counseling and end-of-life support, as well as the design of rituals and ceremonies. It also provides grief support tailored to children and young people, alongside services for professional settings: coaching, supervision, and organizational development. These services help people, families, and businesses approach change with care and gain a clearer perspective on their circumstances. Auftakt describes its approach as respectful, attentive, and neutral, with support available in German, French, and Italian. Founder Miriam Christen-Zarri accompanies grieving people and helps companies shape healthy change. Through its services, Auftakt seeks to make difficult transitions more conscious and meaningful, whether they involve loss in private life or development and reorientation at work.
