## Description

Auntie Lew Childminding is an Ofsted-registered childcare provider based in Upper Walthamstow, near Lloyds Park and Billet Road. Founded by Lewys in 2019, the service is run with support from her husband and two childminding assistants. It offers a home-from-home setting for up to nine full-time children aged 12 months to three years, as well as wraparound care for pupils from The Winns Primary School. Care is provided during term time, Monday to Friday.

Outdoor play is an important part of the children’s day. They have daily access to a spacious garden equipped with a climbing frame, mud kitchen and playhouse, and take part in playgroups, music sessions and outings to local forests and playgrounds. The programme also includes occasional adventure days, such as visits to London Zoo. Auntie Lew Childminding accepts childcare vouchers and invites families to enquire about their needs or join the waiting list. At the time of the website information, full-day places were expected to become available in September 2026 and January 2027, with some wraparound places available.
