## Description

Aunty SG is a Singapore childcare service connecting families with vetted babysitters and confinement nannies. Built around the promise of care parents can trust, the platform supports families through different stages, from newborn care and post-birth recovery to regular weekly childcare and urgent, short-term help. Its services include confinement nanny bookings, personalised matching for regular babysitting, and on-demand urgent babysitting through a mobile app. Families can review caregiver profiles and read other parents’ feedback, with booking options and pricing varying by service.

Aunty SG says its caregivers undergo screening that includes government-issued ID verification, mobile verification, background checks, interviews, and ongoing monitoring. The service highlights caregivers with experience in newborn and infant care, breastfeeding support, confinement care, and child education. It also provides access to caregiver profiles through its platform and offers an introductory meeting with a confinement nanny before booking. With more than 1,000 caregivers and a community trusted by over 15,000 families, Aunty SG aims to make childcare flexible, accessible, and reassuring for Singapore parents.
