## Description

Au Rég’Alle is a gastronomic restaurant in the village of Alle, in Switzerland’s Jura region, led by chef and founder Virginie Cortat. Drawing on local Jura ingredients and seasonal produce, the kitchen combines careful technique with an adventurous spirit. Cortat, who appeared on MasterChef in 2013 and was recognized by Gault&Millau from 2016 to 2019, now works alongside chef Ikbal, while Jean-François welcomes guests in the dining room.

The restaurant serves an evolving à la carte menu, a five-course tasting menu, and a weekday lunch menu offering a choice of starter, main course, and dessert. Seasonal dishes include locally sourced game, forest mushrooms, and regional produce. A wine cellar featuring selections from Switzerland, France, and Italy offers pairings chosen with guidance from the restaurant.
