## Description

AURIC is a planned, greenfield smart industrial city being developed across 10,000 acres in Maharashtra as part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Described as India’s first well-planned greenfield smart industrial city, it is managed by Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL), formerly known as Aurangabad Industrial Township Limited. AURIC aims to create an integrated destination for businesses and residents through its master plan, industrial land opportunities and supporting infrastructure.

For businesses, MITL provides a one-stop service designed to streamline permits, approvals, government services and legal processes. The AURIC website offers information and access to services including land applications, power distribution, utility billing and complaint redressal. It also publishes tenders, notices, policies, rules, reports and updates relevant to the township.

AURIC’s development vision also includes quality of life, with workplaces planned within a short walk of residential areas and space for services and commercial activity. The city’s plans, attractions, events and practical information are presented for prospective businesses, residents and visitors exploring opportunities in the township.
