Since our establishment on April 18, 1986, in Menomonie, Wisconsin, our founders Dave Barnard and Jim Neuman have been dedicated to their unique vision of serving people with disabilities. They believe that individuals with disabilities deserve to live in the communities of their choosing and that support programs should be built around them and their individual needs. This commitment led them to leave their jobs and establish Aurora Community Services.
