## Description

Ausgold Limited is an Australian gold exploration and development company focused on advancing the Katanning Gold Project in Western Australia. The company aims to become a mid-tier gold producer by developing a long-life mining operation in the south-west Yilgarn Craton, a region it considers to have significant exploration potential. Its work includes project planning, regional exploration and assessment of the project’s mineral resources and development prospects.

An updated Definitive Feasibility Study released in December 2025 forecast life-of-mine production of 1.22 million ounces of gold over an initial 10-year mine life. Ausgold is progressing project financing and implementation, with first production targeted for mid-2028. The company presents Katanning as a large-scale project with competitive forecast operating costs and opportunities for further exploration.

Ausgold also provides information for investors and stakeholders through ASX announcements, financial reports, presentations and project updates. Its website covers corporate governance, board and management, community engagement, environmental assessment and regional exploration, reflecting the company’s focus on developing the project while communicating with investors and local communities.
