## Description

Mindfulness in Motion is a traditional Chinese kung fu school based in Preston, Melbourne. The school teaches Wuji Yi Lik Quan, an internal martial art passed down from Grandmaster Jimmy Heow, whose lineage traces to kung fu practiced in 1950s Malaysia. Its approach combines honest teaching and practical testing, presenting the art as a discipline with depth and a strong emphasis on mindful movement.

Classes offer two complementary ways to explore the same art. Application and fitness sessions focus on practical training through pad work and partner drills.
