Its mission is to promote teamwork, fair play, and sportsmanship by providing schools with experienced officials who help create a positive, safe environment for student-athletes. The association focuses on developing knowledgeable, dependable officials and delivering quality service to students, coaches, and the wider community. CTXBOA recruits people interested in officiating at the high school and middle school levels. New officials register first with the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO), the state association that offers training and resources, and then complete local chapter registration. CTXBOA provides pre-season training, support from veteran officials, and a mentorship program throughout the season. Members can officiate games according to their availability, earn game fees, stay active, and connect with fellow officials. The association also encourages community involvement, including volunteering at local events. Local dues are $40 annually; state dues and uniform expenses are separate. CTXBOA is led by a team committed to strengthening its officials and chapter. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Basketball _(under Sports)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idupSS2r16/w/512/h/512/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793385414486) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Royal Blue | #3858e9 | accent | | Catalina Blue | #043c7c | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
