## Description

March for Australia is a grassroots initiative aimed at advocating against mass immigration in Australia, with a significant event planned for January 26, 2026, across major cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth. The movement highlights concerns regarding the sustainability of Australia’s immigration policies and the socio-economic impacts these policies have on citizens. With an increasing number of foreign-born residents, the group argues that the government’s approach to immigration exacerbates issues such as housing affordability, public service strain, and declining disposable income for Australians.

March for Australia promotes dialogue about the importance of prioritizing the welfare of current citizens and calls for a re-evaluation of the Permanent Migration Program, which has maintained high levels in recent years. By mobilizing community voices, the initiative seeks to influence government policy and foster a fair migration system that addresses the needs of Australians. Participants are encouraged to support the cause by signing petitions and staying informed through event updates and social media engagement.
