## Description

Australian Gas Networks (AGN), formerly Envestra Limited, is an Australian energy company that operates natural gas transmission and distribution networks. The brand helps households and businesses connect to gas, with online guidance for checking availability and navigating connection projects, including for new builds and renovations. Its services also cover network maintenance, gas meter reading and replacement, outage information, safety, and support for leaks and other emergencies.

Customers can find information about gas appliances, locate retailers and gasfitters, and explore available connection and appliance rebates or promotions. The website also provides practical advice on choosing, using and maintaining gas cooking, heating and hot water appliances.

Alongside its natural gas network business, Australian Gas Networks highlights renewable gas initiatives through projects including Hydrogen Park South Australia, Hydrogen Park Gladstone, Hydrogen Park Murray Valley and Hydrogen Park Adelaide. The company also provides information about customer support, including Priority Services for eligible customers experiencing vulnerability, as well as regulatory information, tariffs and plans, and channels for enquiries and complaints.
