# Authentic Atheltic - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `authentic-athletic.com` ## Description Authentic Athletic offers therapeutic boxing in Mönchengladbach, combining physical activity with psychotherapeutic methods for children, teenagers, and adults. Unlike conventional boxing, its sessions are not focused on fighting, competition, or athletic performance. The service is available through individual and group therapy, with appointments arranged individually. Sessions are offered on Tuesdays and Fridays between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., and course places are limited, so participants are encouraged to enquire in advance. Authentic Athletic is located at Fliethstraße 112, on the sixth floor at Formaris. People interested in trying therapeutic boxing can contact the provider by phone, email, or through the website’s contact form to ask questions or make a non-binding enquiry. The site also provides further information about therapeutic boxing, pricing, and the practice, as well as contact and privacy details. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Mental Health _(under Health)_ - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Boxing _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/therapeutisches_boxen_mg) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idQYgjWX7-/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793739126366) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idQYgjWX7-/w/150/h/150/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793739126574) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Hot Cinnamon | #e25e25 | accent | | Fuscous Gray | #525150 | dark | | Zircon | #f5f7ff | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
