Authentic Living is a brand founded by Shilpa Manari that offers a range of wellbeing and mental health services to both individuals and organizations. Our mission is to create a safe and non-judgemental space where individuals can truly transform, transcend, and thrive. With the goal of addressing mental health issues in the Indian population, which affects 7.

5% of the country's population, Authentic Living strives to bring about positive change. We achieve this by making high-quality support accessible, recruiting competent mental health practitioners, curating resources for awareness, and emphasizing mental health and wellbeing within organizations. Our journey began in 2020 as a community-driven initiative.

However, as we recognized the need for comprehensive mental health support, we expanded our services to include one-on-one therapy sessions, masterclasses, and immersive workshops. Today, our passionate team of professionals and trained mental health specialists work towards supporting the wellbeing of our community. Additionally, through our Corporate Wellbeing Partnership, we assist organizations in promoting the mental health and wellbeing of their team members.
