## Description

The Autism & ADHD Advocates CIC is a community-focused organisation supporting neurodivergent children, young people, adults and families, particularly across Coventry and Warwickshire. Its work helps people better understand autism, ADHD, learning differences and individual needs through accessible information, practical guidance and strengths-based support.

Services include SOI Learning Profile Assessments, which explore learning, thinking and information processing and provide families with a clear report, recommendations and a feedback session. These assessments are not diagnostic. The organisation also offers tailored training for education, family-support and social-care professionals on topics such as executive functioning, sensory processing, emotional regulation, communication and practical support strategies.

Children’s psychoeducation sessions help young people build self-understanding, confidence and self-advocacy. ADHD coaching offers one-to-one support with organisation, time management, motivation and everyday routines; it is not therapy or a diagnostic service. Funded family-support projects provide free guidance through online learning, local groups and community activities when funding is available.
