## Description

Autism Inclusive is a Perth-based organisation dedicated to creating kinder, more inclusive environments through autism awareness and education. Founded in 2024 by registered occupational therapist Tasha Alach, the organisation supports families, educators, workplaces and community groups to help autistic and neurodiverse people thrive. Its approach focuses on embracing neurodiversity, reducing barriers to participation and applying practical, evidence-informed strategies.

Services include customised on-site autism training and consulting for schools, childcare centres, workplaces and regional families. Autism Inclusive also delivers professional development workshops on supporting autistic and neurodiverse individuals, and partners with community organisations to plan more inclusive environments for people with hidden disabilities. For children, its occupational therapy services work with families to address individual needs and build skills for daily life and school.

The organisation shares learning resources, articles and videos, and hosts workshops on topics such as communication, behaviour support and inclusive learning environments. Led by Alach, whose background includes occupational therapy and a master’s degree in learning and coordination disabilities, Autism Inclusive aims to empower others to create settings where people feel supported and can participate fully.
