## Description

Autonome Ensemble is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing inclusive housing solutions for adults with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Founded in 2020 by a family from Strasbourg with extensive experience in supporting individuals with autism, the association addresses the pressing need for community-based accommodations. Their flagship project, "La Cordée," is a pioneering initiative in the Bas-Rhin region, designed to foster independent living while promoting social interaction and community engagement.

The inclusive housing model offered by Autonome Ensemble helps reduce isolation by creating a communal living environment where individuals can develop social relationships and share experiences. The association focuses on empowering its residents to lead autonomous lives while receiving tailored support. By integrating residents into vibrant neighborhoods, Autonome Ensemble encourages active participation in local activities, enhancing both quality of life and self-esteem. Their commitment is to ensure that adults with autism can thrive within society, significantly benefiting both the individuals and their families.
