## Description

AutorenVerband Franken e.V. is a regional association for authors, providing a platform for literary exchange, information, and public engagement. Its website serves as a showcase for members’ work, a source of ideas, and a calendar of events and activities. Visitors can explore authors by genre, read online contributions, and find information about press coverage, current news, and the association’s programs. The organization supports literary life through readings, events, continuing education, publications, and the journal “Literarisches Leben.” It also documents its work in annual chronicles and presents the Fränkischer Literaturpreis. The site offers details about membership, the association’s board, and a travel-cost grant application, alongside contact information and links to related resources. Online contributions began as an alternative to live events during the COVID-19 pandemic and have continued since. With its mix of literary content, event information, and opportunities for exchange, AutorenVerband Franken connects authors and readers while promoting writing and cultural activity in Franconia.
