## Description

Auxflight is a flight compensation claims service that helps passengers pursue compensation when their journeys are disrupted. The company handles claims for delayed or cancelled flights, denied boarding due to overbooking, and missed connections, referring to passenger rights under European Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004. Eligible passengers may receive up to €600 per person, and the site says claims can be made for older flights within a period of up to three years.

Auxflight presents its process as quick and straightforward: passengers complete an online form to check whether they may qualify and see an estimated compensation amount. The company’s advisers then contact the airline on the passenger’s behalf and manage the claim. Auxflight operates on a success-fee basis: it charges a commission only if the claim succeeds, and customers pay nothing if compensation is not obtained. The site lists a 25% fee in information dated 13 November 2020. Auxflight also provides guidance on passenger rights, frequently asked questions, service costs, and information about its team and company culture.
