## Description

Avibe is an open-source, local-first Agent OS that gives Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode a shared workspace and operating layer. Designed to make AI agents work more like colleagues, it runs code, project data, keys, and agent processes on the user’s own machine rather than moving execution to the cloud. Its browser-based Workbench brings together files, a terminal, an editor, conversations, and agent-created pages in a windowed desktop environment.

Avibe’s Harness supports scheduled tasks and watches for events such as pull requests, CI activity, files, and logs, with run history and ownership available for inspection. Multi-agent workflows let users assign work to different agents and follow progress through a run graph. Show Pages provide interactive dashboards, diagrams, reports, and small apps that users can annotate in context. The platform also offers durable sessions, reusable Skills, human approval checkpoints, and named credential access through Vaults. Users can reach the same agents and sessions through Slack, Discord, Telegram, WeChat, and Lark, or use optional remote access.
