## Description

AVIS Comunale di Amatrice is a non-profit volunteer association aimed at promoting voluntary, periodic, free, anonymous, and informed blood donation. Established on August 13, 1978, AVIS Amatrice has been pivotal in fostering a culture of donation within the community. This organization educates the public on the importance of blood donation as a humanitarian act and encourages individuals to become donors.

AVIS Amatrice conducts blood donation sessions approximately twice a month, primarily on Saturday mornings. These sessions are held in compliance with updated regulations following the 2016 earthquake, ensuring safety and efficiency. Additionally, the association offers comprehensive information about donation types, eligibility, and the donation process, making it accessible to all interested.

By advocating for this noble cause, AVIS Amatrice plays a crucial role in the healthcare ecosystem, supporting the supply of blood products necessary for medical treatments and emergencies. Join AVIS Amatrice in making a difference through the simple act of donating blood, a vital resource that can save lives.
