## Description

Avós & Netos is a family-care organisation focused on helping older people live safely and comfortably at home while giving families greater peace of mind. Since 2000, it reports having supported more than 900 families through a combination of practical care, professional expertise and ongoing communication. Its home-care services can include help with daily routines such as personal hygiene, meals and mobility, as well as companionship tailored to each person and family. The team includes experienced caregivers and nurses with training in senior care, and support plans are designed around individual needs.

The organisation also provides practical training for care professionals and family members, offered in person and online. Its babysitting service connects families with vetted professionals to help manage childcare and everyday schedules. For care homes, social institutions and residences, Avós & Netos offers external recruitment, including candidate profiling, screening, interviews and supported integration. A Senior Shop rounds out its services with practical solutions for home care.
