## Description

Javna agencija RS za varnost prometa (AVP) is a public legal entity dedicated to enhancing road safety in Slovenia. Established to address traffic safety issues, AVP plays a pivotal role in educating both novice and experienced drivers through various programs. Their services include the administration of driving tests, the development of safe cycling curricula, and the provision of resources for schools to promote safe transportation routes.

In addition to facilitating driver training and certification, AVP organizes workshops and educational events aimed at improving societal awareness of traffic safety. They focus on critical factors such as seatbelt use, speed limits, and the dangers posed by alcohol and drugs while driving. The agency also conducts research on traffic incidents and offers strategies for safer road designs.

Engaging with international projects and local communities, AVP actively collaborates with organizations to foster a culture of safety on the roads, making it a cornerstone of Slovenia's approach to traffic management and public education.
