## Description

AWE is an events and community platform focused on augmented reality, virtual reality, spatial computing, and related technologies. Founded in 2010, it brings together XR professionals, innovators, startups, creators, developers, and brands through conferences, expos, and year-round gatherings. Its flagship events include AWE USA in Long Beach, AWE Asia in Shanghai, and UnitedXR Europe in Brussels, alongside AWE Nites held globally. These events offer opportunities to attend, exhibit, sponsor, speak, or connect with partners and peers.

AWE’s programs include a startup pitch competition, a builders program, investor and enterprise initiatives, a government program, an art festival, and academic and research poster presentations. Expo features include a Playground for showcasing products, as well as dedicated gaming and location-based entertainment zones. The organization also recognizes industry achievements through the Auggie Awards and XR Hall of Fame. Beyond events, AWE publishes talks, videos, blog articles, and a weekly newsletter covering XR news and developments. Its services support learning, networking, product discovery, and collaboration across the immersive technology community.
