AWIW – Brno, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1993 by Col. Ing. Václav Hajný and became known for operating Brno’s first indoor 25-metre shooting range. Its site brought together the range, supporting facilities, a firearms shop and a shooting club, welcoming people interested in shooting, weapons and their history. Visitors could also explore a museum featuring artefacts from the First and Second World Wars and peacetime.
