## Description

Ayar Labs is a semiconductor technology company developing co-packaged optics to help scale AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. Its optical fabric connects GPUs across multiple racks into unified clusters, addressing the bandwidth, latency, and power-efficiency demands of hyperscale workloads. The company’s technology is designed to replace the limitations of copper connections with high-bandwidth, low-latency optical links.

Ayar Labs offers the TeraPHY optical engine, which integrates directly into existing chip package architectures and supports flexible, protocol-agnostic connectivity. Built to work with established manufacturing and packaging processes used by XPU and switch vendors, TeraPHY is designed for high-volume production and hyperscale deployment. The company also provides SuperNova, a compact, low-power remote light source in the industry-standard ELSFP form factor, which pairs with TeraPHY to enable optically connected rack-scale systems.

Ayar Labs’ products support integration within packages, across racks, and throughout larger AI clusters. The company works with semiconductor and infrastructure ecosystem partners and offers information and resources on its solutions, technology, and industry developments.
