## Description

AYGOnet is a Bonn-based software provider offering a web-based platform for secure digital counselling. Its SaaS application has supported counselling professionals since 2000, helping organisations provide individual, couples and group sessions regardless of location. Users can choose mail, chat or video counselling, separately or in combination, and tailor the platform to their service’s needs.

The core modules support flexible communication, including encrypted mail counselling and end-to-end encrypted chat and video sessions. Additional features include voice messages, appointment scheduling, surveys and evaluation, internal team communication, file storage and staff scheduling. The platform is designed for intuitive use on computers, tablets and smartphones, with options to personalise start pages using an organisation’s logo, background and information.

AYGOnet emphasises privacy and security through measures such as data minimisation, role-based access, two-factor authentication and encryption. The company describes its application as GDPR-compliant and its server infrastructure as ISO 27001 certified. It also offers product advice, a demo, customer support and assistance with setting up an online counselling service.
