## Description

Ayla is a cognitive care platform designed to help care homes provide structured, measurable support for residents. It offers two pathways: NICE-recommended Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) for people living with mild to moderate dementia, and cognitive wellbeing sessions for residents outside the clinical pathway. Together, these tracks aim to make meaningful cognitive care available across the home.

The CST programme guides facilitators through a seven-week course for small groups, with two 45-minute sessions each week. Ready-to-run activities cover themes such as reminiscence, music, language, orientation and games, reducing the need for staff to plan sessions themselves. Ayla also supports ongoing maintenance sessions after the initial course.

Throughout delivery, the platform records participation, engagement, mood and outcomes, helping teams review progress and demonstrate what was provided. Reports can be exported for care providers, NHS partners and commissioners. By combining a structured programme with practical session guidance and auditable outcome information, Ayla helps care teams deliver evidence-based cognitive support in everyday settings.
