AYVAKIT® (avapritinib) is a prescription treatment for adults with indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM), advanced systemic mastocytosis (AdvSM), and certain gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) caused by abnormal PDGFRA genes. For PDGFRA GIST, it is indicated when the cancer cannot be treated with surgery or has spread.
