## Description

B3ta is a long-running online community devoted to humour, creativity and the stranger corners of the web. Describing itself as a place that loves the internet, it brings together funny pictures, cartoons, games, quizzes and links, alongside discussion and contributions from its members. A central feature is its regular image challenges, which invite people to create and share playful visual responses to themes such as Halloween, unlikely endorsements and mashups of popular games. Visitors can browse the resulting galleries and see popular links shared by the community.

B3ta also publishes a weekly newsletter, featuring jokes, web discoveries, games and other unusual projects. Its issues mix original ideas with irreverent commentary and often point readers to creative work beyond the site. The website also highlights related offerings from its contributors, including Rob Manuel’s illustrated book “81 Jokes For The ZX81.” With its informal tone and participatory format, B3ta serves as both an entertainment site and a platform for people to share humorous, imaginative work.
