# Babka w Mrówkach - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `babkawmrowkach.pl` ## Description Babka w Mrówkach is a nature-focused blog by Zosia, documenting encounters with insects, spiders, and other small wildlife through personal observations and photography. Its posts introduce readers to species found in Poland and elsewhere, with entries covering butterflies, beetles, true bugs, mayflies, fireflies, and arachnids. The site combines species names and identifying details with notes on appearance, behavior, habitat, and the circumstances of each sighting. Observation locations and dates are often included, along with references to external sources where relevant. A particular focus is the remarkable insect life of Corfu, including fireflies whose synchronized flashes illuminate the island’s evenings. The blog also shares practical conservation-minded advice, such as limiting outdoor lighting to help fireflies find mates. Organized into sections for food, mammals, birds, amphibians, insects, and arachnids, Babka w Mrówkach offers an accessible record of wildlife encounters and encourages curiosity about creatures that are easy to overlook. Its content is based on the author’s observations, photographs, and research rather than commercial products or services. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Biology _(under Science and Education)_ - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idh20UR3yK/w/1049/h/1287/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1774890779563) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Red Orange | #ff2a2a | accent | | Slate Gray | #697b8c | dark | | Catskill White | #f7f9fb | light | ## Fonts - Rawson — asset _(custom)_ - RawsonBold — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
