## Description

Baby-Hunch is an online service that helps expecting parents share the excitement of pregnancy through a baby guessing pool. Since 2017, more than 79,000 parents have used the platform to invite family, friends, and colleagues to predict what their baby will be like. Creating a pool takes about a minute: parents enter their due date and share a personal link, and participants submit guesses and messages through a browser.

Players can predict the baby’s gender, arrival date, weight, name, and hair and eye color. They can also add a photo and a personal wish for the family. After the birth, parents enter the baby’s details to reveal who guessed best and revisit everyone’s contributions.

Baby-Hunch is designed for use at home, baby showers, workplaces, and in classrooms. The service is free to try, with a one-time Premium upgrade for viewing all entries; the free version displays the first five. Parents can also order an optional keepsake book, starting at €34.95, featuring predictions, photos, messages, and the results.
