## Description

Babygrande is an American independent record label and creative collective bringing together musicians, filmmakers, photographers, painters, and writers. Founded in 2001 by Chuck Wilson, formerly Director of A&R at Priority Records/EMI, the label has grown into a prominent independent music company. Its catalog includes more than 3,000 albums, music videos, and other online content, spanning hip-hop, electronic dance music, indie rock, and more.

Babygrande works with both emerging artists and established performers, supporting new talent and helping seasoned musicians continue to develop their careers. Its current roster includes artists such as Stove God Cooks, GZA, Lil Scrappy, and The Yutes, alongside a range of other performers. The label focuses on quality music and artists whose craftsmanship, talent, work ethic, and sound stand out. Its offerings include music releases and related visual and digital content, and the company has announced new recording and production studios in New York. Babygrande also shares artist news and press coverage through its website and maintains a philanthropic presence through partnerships with organizations.
