Our head instructor, Michel 'Babytank' Verhoeven, is trained by renowned experts Rickson Gracie and Harold Harder, with years of experience in BJJ. We are proudly affiliated with the European Grappling & Jiu Jitsu Federation (EGJJF), which provides professional training, seminars, and community-building opportunities for the BJJ community. What sets us apart is that our instructors are certified by EGJJF, FOG, and the National Olympic Committee-Netherlands Sports Federation (NOC-NSF), ensuring a safe and professional learning environment. Our classes follow a structured curriculum, covering all aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including self-defense, takedowns, and ground positions.
