## Description

Back Nine Press is an independent publisher and online store focused on books and gifts that explore golf, its courses, history, people, and culture. Its catalog serves a broad audience, from dedicated golf enthusiasts to teenagers and young children discovering the game. Readers can browse books on course architecture and destinations, including Scotland, New England, and Long Island, alongside histories of clubs and major tournaments. The collection also includes stories about professional golf, essays, photography-rich coffee-table titles, and works examining golf’s wider social and historical context, such as Native American participation and the experiences of Black caddies. Children’s and teen titles introduce the sport through engaging stories and practical guidance, including a guide designed to connect the swing, course, and history of golf. Back Nine Press regularly highlights new releases and curated collections, and offers prints and gift cards as well as books. Its publishing combines visual presentation, researched storytelling, and accessible writing to bring the many dimensions of golf to readers, whether they are learning the game or exploring its legacy.
