## Description

Skiweegee is a backcountry ski accessory brand focused on making uphill travel less cumbersome. Its featured product, the Skiweegee, is a ski-pole basket with a built-in squeegee designed to scrape snow and ice from skis and skins, clear sticky buildup, and flip heel risers up or down without requiring skiers to bend over. The brand presents the tool as a practical alternative to carrying a separate scraper or tapping skis with a pole, especially when wet snow or icy conditions add weight and friction on the skin track.

Skiweegee is currently offering the product through a presale rather than traditional retail stores. The advertised presale price is $29.99 for a set of two, intended to provide one basket for each pole; the site also mentions a 30-day “Glop-Free Guarantee.” The brand describes the design as patent pending and shares customer testimonials from backcountry skiers. Its messaging is playful and humorous, while emphasizing convenience, reduced effort, and easier access to ski-tour equipment functions on steep terrain.
