## Description

Backend&Co is a Dubai-based AI agency serving UAE businesses with 10 to 300 employees. It operates as a company’s dedicated AI department, bringing together a CTO, operations expertise, and AI engineers to build and maintain systems tailored to how the business works. The service begins with a central business system in the first month, then adds a new AI capability each month, guided by a 12-month strategy and monthly planning meetings.

Backend&Co connects existing business tools and data so AI agents can support sales, marketing, customer service, finance, human resources, operations, and management. Examples include qualifying leads, answering customer inquiries around the clock, screening CVs, matching invoices, automating workflows, and providing reports based on company data. Its Agentic Business OS brings connected tools, a central database, company knowledge, and AI agents into one system, with results flowing back to existing platforms.

The company works with a wide range of AI models, cloud services, automation platforms, and business applications.
