## Description

Back of House is a brand founded by Peter DeMarzio with the mission of empowering an inclusive creative community. Recognizing the lack of feedback flowing from performers to companies and theaters, especially in volunteer or underpaid environments, Back of House aims to bridge this gap. The platform caters to both professionals and passionate amateurs, offering a space for performers and crew members to review theaters, companies, and programs. On the other side, the brand enables company owners and managers to claim their page, read community guidelines, and join discussions, all with the goal of fostering transparent and accountable environments. With a background in the tech and startup industry, the founder brings a wealth of experience to the brand, ensuring that it caters to the diverse needs of performers, crew members, and creative teams. Back of House is committed to spotlighting theaters and companies that foster inclusive and enjoyable environments, whether occupied by paid or volunteer roles.
