## Description

Backswing is a connected golf technology brand bringing courses, pro shops, and golfers together through one integrated ecosystem. Its platform is designed to streamline course operations and make the guest experience smoother, combining course management software, an AI phone assistant called Pro Shop Caddie, and the Backswing golfer app. The course management system brings together tee sheets, point-of-sale tools, and analytics to support daily operations. Pro Shop Caddie answers inbound calls quickly, handles golfer questions, and helps ensure calls are not missed. For golfers, the Backswing app enables them to search for available tee times, book and pay, with reservations syncing directly to the course’s tee sheet. Backswing presents these products as connected components of a single workflow: bookings made in the app and calls handled by the AI assistant can be managed through the course software. The company aims to reduce friction in golf operations, free staff from routine tasks, and help courses deliver a more seamless guest experience.
