## Description

Badii Group Private Wealth Management is an independent wealth management firm based in Southlake, Texas, serving families and business owners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Founded by Managing Partner Kirk Badii, the firm helps clients bring investments, retirement income, taxes, and estate considerations together in a coordinated financial plan. Its approach emphasizes personal relationships, transparent guidance, and recommendations centered on clients’ goals rather than proprietary product sales.

The firm’s services include private wealth management, high-net-worth and family office solutions, portfolio design, retirement and income planning, 401(k) rollovers, Roth IRA conversions, and annuity options. It also provides support for estate and succession planning, wealth transfers, executive compensation, concentrated stock, tailored lending, and luxury asset management. For clients navigating major transitions, Badii Group offers tax-aware planning, divorce financial planning, sudden-wealth guidance, charitable giving strategies, and financial second opinions.

The team works with clients’ attorneys and tax professionals to help align financial strategies, while noting that it does not provide legal or tax advice. Its Southlake office serves surrounding communities throughout the region.
